Store Policies


  • Orders will ship within one to two weeks from purchase date.

  • Rings are made to order due to sizing and will ship with in the allotted time above.

  • All items ship via United States Postal Service - Priority Mail.

  • Studio Pickup is available in the shipping option field at check out. I will contact you by email when your order is ready to arrange a time for you to stop by the studio and pick it up.

Sizing, Repairs, & Custom

  • Upon receiving your order and find the fit incorrect, please contact me.

  • Customer pays the return shipping if resizing is needed.

  • Pieces that are damaged from resizing or alterations by customer are not eligible for return. 

  • At this time, there is not a warranty if a piece breaks, is damaged, or wears out.  However, please contact me and I will do my best to find solution with you.

  • Custom orders are available. Please contact me for more information.


  • If you would like to make a return, please contact me.

  • Returns must be in unworn/unused state along with receipt.

  • Returns made within five days of receipt are eligible for refund.  Returns made within 30 days are eligible for exchange or store credit.  

  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost and proper packaging of returns.

  • If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact me with in one day upon arrival to arrange an exchange and refund for you return shipping. Products are packaged with great care to protect against damages during transit.

  • One of a kind pieces and custom orders are not eligible for returns, but exchanges may be eligible. Please contact me to discuss.
